PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy is a plist in an app or SDK bundle that declares which data is collected, whether tracking is used and why APIs that could be used for fingerprinting are called. Apple checks it on upload: since 2024 a build missing required declarations gets an error email (for example, ITMS-91053 "Missing API declaration") and isn't accepted.
