Dynamic Type is the system text size setting: from xSmall to xxxLarge, plus five larger sizes in the Accessibility settings (accessibilityMedium … accessibilityExtraExtraExtraLarge). An app must respect it: many users keep text larger than the default, not only people with low vision.
