Terms of Use
Effective 2 November 2026
These terms apply to the DevPrep app (formerly Developer Helper) for iPhone, iPad and Mac and to the website iosdevprep.com. DevPrep is developed by Aliaksei Yelin, an individual developer ("we"). By using DevPrep you agree to these terms. Contact: leshaelin@gmail.com.
1. License
The app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These terms add to it; if they conflict, the Standard EULA prevails.
2. Subscriptions and purchases
- DevPrep is free to download. DevPrep PRO unlocks all content and features and is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- A free trial, when offered, is available once per Apple ID; if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.
- One purchase works on all your Apple devices signed in with the same Apple ID. Use "Restore purchases" in the app if PRO does not appear.
3. Educational content
Questions, answers, challenges, interview plans and news summaries are provided for learning. We work to keep them accurate, but they may contain mistakes or become outdated, and they are not a guarantee of any interview or job outcome. Company interview plans are based on public information and user reports; they are not endorsed by those companies, and company names are trademarks of their owners.
4. AI features
Answer reviews, hints and the AI interview are generated by Apple's on-device model. AI output can be wrong or incomplete; use it as a study aid and check important facts in the reference answers.
5. Your content
When you send an error report or an interview report, you allow us to use its text to correct and improve DevPrep's content, without naming you. Do not include personal or confidential information, such as your employer's internal details.
6. Acceptable use
Do not copy or republish DevPrep's content in bulk, resell it, reverse engineer the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or disrupts the service.
7. Disclaimer and liability
DevPrep is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the new version applies from the effective date shown above. If you keep using DevPrep after that, you accept the updated terms.
